"A voice that sounds like a cross between David Byrne and Al Stewart" - Anon
"What a wonderfully off the wall performer this guy is. Strange, different, unique but somehow it all works beautifully... a lot of singer-songwriters, it seems, play well and write meaningful lyrics which... don't really mean very much. Hugh's got a different angle which includes a nice bit of humour as well. Let's hope he becomes one of our regulars." - Backporch
"And so to our final act. Hugh presents a disarming and enjoyable spectacle. A great end to a great night." - One Night Stand Acoustic
Here's an interview which Baz Celia did with Hugh in February 2011. Baz plays with the band Spriggan Mist and puts out occasional podcasts. For this podcast, he and Hugh talk about three Savour the Flavour songs for about 15 minutes. If you want to know who Baz is and what Spriggan Mist sound like, click here for their website.

Never has something so small been so much fun :)
